Amazon stopped prepping your inventory. We didn't.

Amazon discontinued its FBA prep services — FNSKU barcode labeling, poly-bagging and bubble-wrapping. Since January 1, 2026, Amazon no longer offers prep or item-labeling services for US FBA shipments — every unit must arrive already prepped and labeled. Improperly prepared inventory can face receiving problems and may not be eligible for reimbursement if it's damaged or untraceable. Sellers can prep in-house or use a third-party prep provider like Marcana 3PL.

You (or your supplier) send your inventory to our Miami warehouse. We prep and label it FBA-ready, build your Amazon shipment, and ship it to the Amazon fulfillment centers. You keep full control of your Amazon Seller account and shipment plans.

Yes — FNSKU labeling is our core service, along with poly-bagging (with the required suffocation warning), bubble-wrapping for fragile items, expiration/date labels, and removing or covering old labels.

Per-unit prep runs about $0.35–$1.25/unit depending on prep type and volume (automatic discounts at 500 / 2,000 / 5,000 units), plus receiving and outbound. No — outbound freight/postage to Amazon is billed through your own carrier or Amazon account. We build and label the shipment; you control the carrier. This keeps your costs transparent.

Yes — a large share of what we prep arrives from sellers who have never set foot in Miami. You do not need to be in the country for us to receive, prep and ship your inventory into Amazon. What you do need is a way to get the goods here with duties already handled, and a Seller Central account you control.

No. We are a prep and fulfillment provider, not a customs broker, and we do not act as importer of record. Send your freight DDP — duties, taxes and clearance paid by you or your forwarder — so it arrives at our dock ready to unload. If your shipment is tendered any other way, it can be refused or held at your cost.

Yes, and most do. Cartons, pallets or floor-loaded containers all work. Tell us in advance what is coming — carton count, contents, tracking, carrier and estimated arrival — and we will have it counted and photographed the day it lands. Undeclared freight can sit, because we have no way to know whose it is.
