Returns and Amazon removal orders, handled instead of piled
A return that sits in a carton is inventory you paid for and cannot sell. We receive customer returns and Amazon removal orders at our Miami warehouse, open every unit, photograph it, grade it, and put the sellable ones back on the shelf. You see the grade and the photo in your dashboard before you decide what happens next.
Every return gets the same five minutes
Returns are where margins quietly leak. Units come back opened, mislabeled, mixed with other SKUs or perfectly fine. The only way to recover the value is to inspect each one against a standard and record what you found. That is the job, and it is billed per return so you know the cost before the carton arrives.
- Receiving: returns and removal cartons are checked in against the RMA or the removal order ID and counted the same business day.
- Inspection and photos: each unit is opened, checked for damage, missing parts, tampering and expiry, and photographed.
- Grading: sellable, sellable after re-prep, or unsellable, using the rules you set at onboarding.
- Restock: sellable units go back to their location and appear as available in your dashboard for Shopify, FBM, Walmart and TikTok Shop orders.
- Re-prep and resend: units that need a new poly bag, label or bubble are prepped from the published table and can go back to FBA or WFS.
- Disposition: unsellable units are held for your decision, returned to you, or disposed of on written instruction.

Point returns to Miami
Set 19599 NE 10th Ave, Suite A-B as your return address in Shopify, Seller Central or Walmart, or as the destination of an Amazon removal order.
We check the carton in
Every carton is matched to an RMA, an order number or a removal order ID, counted and photographed on arrival.
Inspect and grade
Each unit is inspected and graded against your rules. Photos and notes attach to the return record.
Restock or re-prep
Sellable units go back to the shelf. Units that need work are re-prepped from the rate card and can return to FBA or WFS.
You decide the rest
Unsellable units wait for your decision in a separate location. Nothing is discarded without your instruction.
Per return, at published rates
Processing is billed per return. Cartons count against the inbound boxes in your plan, then at $5 per box.
| Returns processing: receive, inspect, photograph, grade, restock or set aside | from $4 / return |
| Amazon removal order cartons received (counted as inbound boxes on your plan) | included, then $5 / box |
| Palletized removal or return receiving | $25 / pallet |
| Re-prep of a returned FBA or WFS unit | prep table, from $1.25 / unit |
| Re-bag or re-label only | from $0.55 / unit |
| Relist and reship a returned unit as a new order | $1.95 / order pick and pack |
| Additional pallet storage for returns inventory | $35 / pallet / month |
Plans start at $89 per month. Carrier charges for units you ask us to send back to you or on to a marketplace are billed at carrier rates per shipment. The pricing page lists every rate.
Three things a removal order can do for you
Stop aged-inventory fees
Removing slow units from FBA to Miami turns a monthly storage penalty into shelf space at $35 per pallet.
Recover sellable stock
Most returned units are fine. Graded and restocked, they ship to your next Shopify or TikTok Shop order instead of waiting.
Know what is actually wrong
Photos and grades across a month of returns show you a packaging problem, a listing problem or a supplier problem.
Most removal orders arrive with the assumption that everything inside is damaged. In our experience a large share of it is sellable after a new poly bag or label. That is the whole argument for opening every carton and writing down what you find.

From $4 per return, which covers receiving, inspection, photos, grading and restocking. Re-prep is billed from the prep table if a unit needs a new bag or label, and cartons count as inbound boxes on your plan.
You set the rules at onboarding: what counts as damage, whether opened packaging is acceptable, what to do with expiry inside a window. We grade against those rules and show you the photos so you can override any call.
