Your trust matters. Here's how we handle your data and the terms of working with Marcana 3PL.

Who we are
Marcana 3PL is a third-party logistics and fulfillment provider operating from 19599 NE 10th Ave, Suite A-B, Miami, FL 33179, United States. When you use this website or our services, we are the party responsible for the data described below.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a quote request, contact form or FBA prep estimate, we collect the fields you fill in — typically your name, email address, phone number, company, website, order volume, product details and anything you write in a message box.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the site we and our analytics providers may record your IP address, approximate location (country level), browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived (referring site and campaign parameters such as utm_source, gclid, fbclid and msclkid), and how you interact with pages including scrolls, clicks and session recordings.
Information from doing business with you. If you become a customer, we process the inventory, order, shipping and billing information required to receive, store, prepare and ship your products.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use the following third-party services on this website. Each has its own privacy policy governing what it does with the data it receives.
- Google Analytics 4 — traffic and conversion measurement.
- Google Ads — conversion tracking and remarketing for our advertising.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — conversion tracking and remarketing for our advertising.
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymized session replay and heatmaps, used to find usability problems.
- HubSpot — our customer relationship management system, where inquiries are stored and worked.
- Cloudflare — hosting, security and bot protection for this website.
- Stripe — payment processing for memberships and services. We never see or store your full card number.
- ShipHero — the warehouse management platform customers use to view inventory and orders.
Your consent choices
We use Google Consent Mode v2. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics and advertising cookies are switched off by default and stay off until you accept them through the banner shown on your first visit. Elsewhere, these cookies are on by default and you can opt out by using your browser or device privacy controls, or by emailing us at the address below.
You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and manage advertising preferences at Google My Ad Center and in your Meta account settings.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote.
- To deliver, operate and bill for fulfillment services.
- To understand which marketing channels bring us qualified inquiries, so we do not waste spend.
- To improve the website and fix usability problems.
- To meet legal, tax, customs and carrier requirements.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal or business information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own independent marketing.
We do share it with the service providers listed above, strictly so they can perform their function for us; with shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS and USPS as needed to move your freight; with Amazon or other sales channels where you have asked us to send inventory on your behalf; and where we are legally required to do so.
How long we keep it
Inquiry and CRM records are retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Customer operational and financial records are kept as long as required by U.S. tax and commercial recordkeeping rules, generally seven years. Analytics data follows each provider’s own retention schedule.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email info@marcana-3pl.com with the subject line “Privacy request” and we will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you or treat you differently for making a request.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS enabled. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted and stored in access-controlled systems. Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take these obligations seriously.
Children
This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
International visitors
We operate from the United States and our service providers process data in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred to and processed there.
Terms of use
Pricing, rates, service levels, turnaround times and calculator estimates shown on this website are provided for general information and planning. They are estimates, not offers, and may be adjusted based on your actual volume, product characteristics, packaging requirements and destination. Nothing on this website creates a binding contract.
The terms that actually govern our relationship are those in the written quote, service agreement or membership terms you sign or accept at checkout. Where anything on this website conflicts with that signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
You agree to use this website lawfully, and not to attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at volume, or submit false information through our forms.
Changes to this page
We may update this page as our services and tools change. The “last updated” date at the top will always reflect the current version.
