What happens to an order once it reaches us
Connect your Shopify, WooCommerce or Etsy store to Marcana Flow (or ShipHero on the Growth and Scale plans) and orders arrive in our queue as they are placed. From there the work is ours: pick the right units, pack them the way you specified, buy the cheapest carrier service that meets the delivery promise, and push the tracking number back to your store so your customer gets the notification without you touching anything.
- Receiving with photos: every carton is opened, counted against your packing list and photographed. Shortages are reported the same day.
- Storage included: 30 days of storage per received box on every plan; additional pallets at $35 per pallet per month.
- Same-day pick and pack: orders that reach us before 3:00 PM Eastern on a business day ship that day.
- Carrier choice: USPS, UPS and FedEx, plus FedEx One Rate for flat-rate two to three day delivery when it beats zone pricing.
- Returns: a real Miami return address; returns are inspected and restocked or set aside under your rules, from $4 per return.
- Marketing inserts, custom packaging and kitting at published per-unit rates, not a project quote.

The mistake I see most from Shopify brands is signing with a warehouse that quotes a low pick fee and then bills for everything else. Our rate card is public so you can add it up yourself. If a line is missing, ask and we will tell you the number.

No. Plans start at $89 per month with ten inbound boxes included, and pick and pack is billed per order at $1.95. A brand doing 40 orders a month pays the plan plus $78 in pick and pack.
Orders that reach the queue before 3:00 PM Eastern on a business day ship the same day. Orders after that ship the next business day. Carrier transit is on top: FedEx One Rate is two to three days nationwide, USPS Ground Advantage two to five.
Yes. Send branded mailers, boxes, tissue or inserts with your inventory and we pack with them; the marketing insert rate is $0.15 per order. If you do not send packaging we use a standard mailer, included in the pick and pack fee.
Your customers ship returns to your Marcana suite. We open, inspect and photograph each one, restock sellable units and set aside the rest according to the rules you set at onboarding. Returns processing starts at $4 per return.
Yes. On-hand quantities, receiving photos, order status and tracking are in your dashboard from the day the first carton is received.
