FBA/WFS prep, labeling, pick and pack, boxes or pallets beyond your plan, returns and B2B outbound, at the published rates below. No plan includes prep units.

When to move up: when inbound volume passes your included boxes or pallets. Upgrading never removes the 30-day storage grace per box.
Choose a plan and complete onboarding. Before Marcana activates your account, either side may determine that the service is not the right fit and the initial subscription payment will be refunded in full. Activation begins when Marcana issues your suite/address and portal access, or accepts inventory, whichever happens first. After activation, subscription fees are non-refundable, but monthly plans may be canceled before the next renewal. Usage, materials, carrier and third-party charges already incurred are not refundable. Regulated and custom products require written approval before inventory is sent.
