Walmart WFS prep from Miami, on the same rate card as FBA

Walmart Fulfillment Services has its own inbound rules: GS1 barcodes, packaging that survives Walmart's fulfillment centers, carton labels from Seller Center, and shipments booked the Walmart way. We prep your units in our Miami warehouse, ship them to the assigned Walmart facility, and keep the rest of your inventory selling on Shopify, Amazon and TikTok Shop from the same stock.

What is included

Everything a WFS inbound needs before it leaves Miami

Walmart receives inventory at its fulfillment centers with a checklist that looks like Amazon's but is not identical. The barcode has to be a scannable GS1 UPC or a Walmart-generated item label, packaging has to protect the unit through a conveyor network, bagged items need suffocation warnings, and every carton needs the label Seller Center prints for that shipment. We handle each step and photograph the result.

  • Barcode labeling: we verify your GS1 UPC scans, or apply Walmart item labels when a product needs its own, covering any conflicting codes.
  • Packaging: poly bags with suffocation warnings, bubble wrap for fragile units, taped closures, sets bundled so they cannot separate in transit.
  • Expiration-dated products: dates checked against Walmart's remaining-shelf-life rule and printed where the guideline asks.
  • Carton building: cartons packed within Walmart's weight and dimension limits, labeled with the shipment's carton labels, contents recorded.
  • Inbound shipment: parcel or pallet shipment to the assigned Walmart facility, booked with the carrier and tracked in your dashboard.
  • Multi-channel stock: the units that do not go to WFS stay in Miami and ship to Shopify, Amazon FBM and TikTok Shop orders.

How it works

From supplier carton to Walmart receipt

01

Create the shipment

You create the inbound order in Walmart Seller Center and share the carton labels and the assigned facility. We tell you what prep each SKU needs.

02

Receive in Miami

Your supplier ships to 19599 NE 10th Ave. We count, photograph and reconcile against the packing list the same business day.

03

Prep and label

Units are labeled, bagged or bubbled, and checked against Walmart's guideline. Each carton is packed, weighed and labeled.

04

Ship to Walmart

Parcel shipments go out on the day they are ready. Pallets are booked and picked up. Tracking is posted to your dashboard.

05

Confirm and reorder

When Walmart receives the units we reconcile the count. The remaining inventory keeps shipping direct-to-consumer from Miami.

What it costs

2,000 to 5,000 units a month$0.85 / unit
Over 5,000 units a month$0.70 / unit
Barcode label only (UPC or Walmart item label)$0.55 down to $0.35 / unit
Fragile prep with bubble$1.75 down to $1.20 / unit
Kitting and bundles$0.50 to $1 / unit
B2B outbound carton to a Walmart fulfillment center$3.50 / carton
B2B outbound pallet$25 / pallet

Plans start at $89 per month with ten inbound boxes and 30 days of storage per box. Carrier transportation to the Walmart facility is billed at carrier rates per shipment. The pricing page lists everything, and the Amazon FBA prep page shows how the same table applies to FBA.

Why Miami for WFS

One prep floor for both marketplaces

Same units, two channels

Split one inbound shipment between FBA and WFS in Miami instead of shipping to two prep centers.

Port of entry for the region

Latin American cargo lands in Miami. Prep here removes a domestic leg before the units ever reach Walmart.

Direct-to-consumer stays live

Walmart.com orders you fulfill yourself, plus Shopify and TikTok Shop, ship from the same shelf while WFS holds its share.

Saul Ortiz, founder
The mistake we see most with WFS is treating it like FBA with a different label. The barcode rules, the carton limits and the booking flow are different, and a rejected shipment costs weeks. We keep the Walmart checklist next to the Amazon one and follow the right one.
Questions

Questions about Walmart WFS prep

No. FNSKU is an Amazon label. Walmart Fulfillment Services receives units by GS1 UPC or by a Walmart item label generated in Seller Center. We verify the barcode scans and cover any other code on the unit.

Yes. Tell us how many units go to each marketplace when the inbound arrives. We prep each set to its own guideline and ship each to its assigned facility from the same Miami receipt.

You do, from your Walmart account, and you share the carton labels and facility assignment with us. We build the cartons to those labels and can create the shipment on your behalf if you give us user access.
