Receiving that posts a count and a photo the same day
Inventory goes wrong at the door, so we start there. Loose cartons are received Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with no appointment. Pallets are received by appointment, usually the same day you ask. Deliveries that arrive before 2:00 PM are counted, photographed and posted to your dashboard before we close.
What happens between the truck and the shelf
Receiving is the one warehouse step you cannot redo. If the count is wrong on day one, every report after it is wrong too. Our receiving process is the same for a single carton from a supplier in Guangzhou and a pallet from a forwarder in Bogotá: verify, count, photograph, reconcile, put away.
- Address and hours: 19599 NE 10th Ave, Suite A-B, Miami, FL 33179. Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern.
- Carriers: UPS, FedEx and USPS deliver and pick up daily. LTL and freight carriers deliver by appointment.
- Same-day receiving: deliveries that arrive before 2:00 PM are received the same business day; later arrivals the next business day.
- Count and photos: each carton opened, counted against your packing list or ASN, photographed, and reconciled. Differences reported the same day.
- Put-away: every SKU goes to a bin or pallet position that your dashboard shows, with lot and expiry captured when you need it.
- Imports: we receive air and ocean cargo that has cleared customs, coordinate delivery with your forwarder, and can receive by container on request.
Receiving dockFive steps from delivery to available inventory
Tell us it is coming
Create the inbound in your dashboard with SKUs and quantities, or forward the packing list. Pallets get an appointment the same day.
Delivery
Parcel carriers deliver without appointment. Freight backs into the dock at the agreed time. Arrival is time-stamped.
Count and photograph
Cartons are opened, units counted, condition checked, photos taken. Damaged cartons are photographed before opening.
Reconcile
The count is matched to your document. Overages, shortages and damage are reported to you the same business day.
Put away and release
Units are put to a location and the inventory becomes available for orders, prep or a marketplace inbound.
Included in the plan, then per box or per pallet
Every plan includes a monthly allowance of inbound boxes and storage. Beyond it, receiving is billed per box or per pallet at the published rate.
| Inbound boxes included in the plan | 10 (Essential), 30 (Growth), 75 (Scale) per month |
| Additional inbound box beyond the plan | $5 / box |
| Palletized receiving, per pallet | $25 / pallet |
| Storage included in the plan | 30 days per box (Essential), 1 pallet (Growth), 3 pallets (Scale) |
| Additional pallet storage | $35 / pallet / month |
| Inventory verification (full count of a shipment on request) | from $4 / box |
| Container or freight receiving | quoted the same business day |
Plans start at $89 per month. Containers, oversized units and regulated products are quoted individually the same business day because they vary too much to price honestly online. The pricing page has every published line.
What good receiving prevents
Supplier disputes
A photo of the open carton and a count on the day of arrival settles a shortage claim in one email.
Ghost inventory
Units that were never counted in cannot be sold, and units counted twice get oversold. Scanning at the door fixes both.
Slow launches
Inventory that is received the day it arrives is selling the next morning instead of waiting for a weekly receiving batch.
We keep receiving hours realistic and public because a warehouse that promises 24-hour receiving usually means a pallet sits on the dock until someone gets to it. Our promise is narrower: deliver before 2:00 PM on a weekday and it is counted and posted before we close.
Questions about receiving
Loose cartons by UPS, FedEx, USPS or a courier need no appointment during receiving hours. Pallets, LTL and freight deliveries need an appointment, which we usually confirm the same day you ask.

Yes. We receive cargo that has cleared customs, coordinate the delivery window with your forwarder or drayage carrier, and quote container receiving individually the same business day.

It makes reconciliation faster, so please send one when you can. If a shipment arrives without documents we count and photograph everything and send you the receipt to confirm.
