Kitting and bundling, built before the order arrives
A bundle assembled at the packing bench is a slow order and a source of mistakes. We build your kits in advance in our Miami warehouse, count them as their own SKU, label them for FBA or WFS when needed, and ship them the same business day like any other unit. Priced per unit placed, at published rates.
What we kit, and how we keep it accurate
Kitting is simple work that goes wrong in volume. A missing sample in one box out of fifty is a refund and a review. We treat every kit as a bill of materials: components are picked by scan, the finished kit gets its own SKU and location, and the counts of both the components and the kits stay visible in your dashboard.
- Gift sets and variety packs: two to a dozen components boxed or bagged with the branded packaging you send us.
- Subscription boxes: monthly builds from a component list, inserts included, shipped on the date you set.
- Marketplace bundles: multi-packs and bundles built to Amazon or Walmart bundle rules, bagged so they cannot separate, and labeled as one unit.
- Inserts and samples: cards, coupons, sachets and sample sizes placed by rule, $0.15 per order when added at packing.
- Rework and de-kitting: breaking kits back into components when a promotion ends, billed at the same per-unit rate.
- Component and kit inventory: both levels tracked, so you always know how many kits you can still build.

Define the kit
You give us the component list, the packaging and a photo of the finished kit. We create the kit SKU and the build instructions.
Receive components
Components arrive as normal inbound boxes or pallets and are received with photos the same business day.
Build in batches
We build the quantity you request, scanning each component into the kit. A sample from each batch is photographed.
Label and store
Finished kits get a UPC or FNSKU when needed and go to their own location, ready for orders or an inbound shipment.
Ship
Kitted orders ship at $1.95 per order like any other, or go to FBA and WFS in bulk at $3.50 per carton.

Three reasons the bench is the wrong place to build a bundle
Speed
A pre-built kit picks as one unit, so a fifty-order launch morning ships before the 2:00 PM cutoff instead of running over.
Accuracy
Components are scanned into the kit once, in a batch, with a photo. Errors are caught at the build, not by the customer.
Marketplace compliance
Amazon and Walmart want a bundle to arrive as a single sealed unit with one barcode. That is only possible if it was built beforehand.
When a brand tells us their bundles are slow, the cause is nearly always the same: someone is assembling them while the order waits. Building fifty kits on a Tuesday takes an hour. Building them one at a time during a launch takes the whole day.
Questions about kitting and bundling
$0.50 to $1 per unit placed in the kit, depending on how much handling each component needs. A simple three-item set is $1.50 to $3 to build. Inserts added at packing are $0.15 per order.
You send the branded boxes, tissue, inserts and bags and we receive them as inbound boxes on your plan. We keep standard poly bags, bubble and mailers on hand at the published prep rates.

No. Kitting is per unit, so a batch of ten is fine. Larger batches simply take fewer bench hours and are ready sooner.
