Many 3PLs ask you to request a quote. These are the totals our own estimator returns for a store-connected brand shipping one item per order, under 2 lb, with a standard mailer.

Before carrier shipping, which is billed per label at carrier rates. Pick and pack is $1.95 an order up to 2 lb and 2 items. Growth includes one store connection, up to 30 inbound boxes a month, 1 pallet of storage and 30 days of storage per received box. What a small brand gets that a big 3PL rarely gives it
- Receiving with photos: cartons that arrive before 2:00 PM on a business day are counted, photographed and posted to your dashboard that day.
- Same-day shipping: orders that reach us before 3:00 PM Eastern ship that business day, with tracking pushed back to your store.
- Live inventory: on-hand by SKU in your dashboard, with the SKU that will run out first flagged.
- Your packaging: your mailer, your insert, your bundle recipe, at published per-unit rates.
- A person, not a ticket queue: founder-led, and you can call the person who set up your account, in English or Spanish.
When you do not need us yet
Under about 100 orders a month, you usually do not need a 3PL yet, unless inventory is arriving in pallets or you are spending more hours packing than growing the business. What we do not do: we are not a customs broker or importer of record, so freight arrives DDP, and we do not store refrigerated or frozen goods.
