1. The service

A Marcana 3PL, LLC plan gives you a business address with a unique suite number inside our Miami warehouse for receiving commercial goods and marketplace returns (for example, Amazon), together with what your plan includes: receiving of the boxes and pallets listed, counting, photos on receiving, 30 days of storage per received box, access to the operating platform (Marcana Flow and, depending on the plan, ShipHero) and logistics guidance from payment.

The current plans are Essential ($89/month: 10 inbound boxes a month); Growth ($179/month: 30 inbound boxes a month, 1 pallet of storage a month); Scale ($349/month: 75 inbound boxes a month, 3 pallets of storage a month). What each plan includes resets monthly and does not roll over. No plan includes prep units: FBA/WFS prep, labeling, pick and pack, returns and any warehouse work are billed as they happen, at the published rates.

The address is for commercial logistics use. It is not a legal or tax domicile, does not constitute a registered agent and is not a personal mail service.

2. Approval, activation and refund

Onboarding follows this order: payment → onboarding → Marcana review → activation. Before activation, either party may determine that the service is not the right fit; in that case the initial subscription payment is refunded in full. Activation begins when Marcana issues your suite/address and portal access, or accepts inventory, whichever happens first.

After activation, subscription fees are non-refundable, but monthly plans may be canceled before the next renewal. Usage, materials, carrier and third-party charges already incurred are not refundable. We may decline an application at our reasonable discretion: for example, regulated products without approval, inconsistent information, or intended use outside these terms.

3. Exclusive use by the account holder

One plan corresponds to one (1) business of the verified holder. The address and suite are not shared, sublet or resold to third parties. Operations involving several people or accounts must be agreed in writing before onboarding. Breach of this clause is grounds for immediate termination without refund.

4. Pre-declaring shipments

Every inbound shipment must be pre-declared (number of boxes, contents, tracking, carrier and estimated date) in Marcana Flow or through the channel we indicate. Pre-declared goods are processed the same business day they arrive. Boxes that arrive undeclared may incur a handling charge under the rate card; we will tell you before applying any charge.

5. Regulated and prohibited products

Require prior written approval: aerosols, alcohol, perfume, lithium batteries, flammables, temperature-sensitive goods, refrigerated or frozen goods, and regulated cosmetics.

It is prohibited to send illegal or counterfeit goods, weapons, ammunition, perishables without agreement, cash, and unapproved hazardous materials. We may refuse, hold or return at the holder's cost any shipment that breaches this clause.

6. International shipments and importing

We accept international freight only with duties and taxes paid by the holder (for example, under DDP terms). The holder (or their freight agent) is the importer responsible before customs authorities. Marcana does not act as importer of record and assumes no customs obligations of the holder.

7. Storage and abandonment

Every received box includes 30 days of storage at no cost from receipt; after that, storage is billed per pallet under the rate card, net of the pallets included in your plan. If an account carries unpaid balances for more than 60 days, or inventory remains without instructions or storage payment, we may dispose of the goods (return at the holder's cost, donation or disposal) after written notice of at least 15 days.

8. Rates, payments and cancellation

Current prices are those of the published plans and rate card. We may update them with 30 days' notice; prepaid terms keep their price for the period paid. Existing accounts keep their plan price.

The plan is paid online and renews automatically, monthly or at the end of the prepaid term (3 months −5%, 6 months −10%). You may cancel the monthly plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle and does not generate partial refunds. Warehouse work, materials and carrier transportation are billed as they happen; transportation at the carrier rates in effect when the shipment goes out.

Non-payment suspends receiving and access to services until the balance is settled.

9. Liability

We keep your goods with reasonable commercial care. Our liability for loss or damage attributable to Marcana is limited to the lesser of the declared cost of the affected goods and USD $100 per box.

The plan does not include cargo insurance; the holder may arrange their own coverage. Logistics guidance is operational orientation and does not constitute legal, tax, customs or regulatory advice. We are not responsible for delays, decisions or penalties of third parties (carriers, customs, Amazon or other platforms) nor for indirect damages or lost profits.

10. Data, changes and governing law

We use your contact, identity and business data only to operate the service (verification, billing and logistics) and do not sell it to third parties. Full data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email or WhatsApp. If we relocate the operation within the Miami area, your suite and service continue at the new address with 30 days' notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA; any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Miami-Dade County.

11. Founder Logistics Plan (advisory service)

The Founder Logistics Plan ($149), the Founder Strategy Package ($349) and the Launch Logistics Blueprint ($995) are personalized advisory services, paid once and delivered by email (report, video and checklist) from the information you submit in the private intake. They are not a membership and include no storage, receiving or fulfillment.

Timing. The $149 plan is delivered in 2 business days or less after Marcana receives a complete intake; the $349 package includes a 45-minute session and a revised report in 2 business days or less after the session; the $995 Blueprint includes a 90-minute session, delivery within five business days after the session and a 30-minute follow-up within 14 days. Missing information pauses the clock until it arrives. Packages with a session permit one reschedule; cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before the session and remain subject to work already delivered.

Make It Right Promise. If the delivered plan does not give you a clear operating model and a next move, or contains a material error about the information you supplied, reply to your delivery email within 14 days: Saul will revise the plan and, if needed, meet with you on a call to make it right. Because the work is personalized, the service is not refundable once delivered; the promise is how we make it right.

Scope. Cost figures are planning guidance based on your facts and Marcana's published rates; they are not carrier guarantees, not a binding fulfillment quote, and not legal, tax, customs or regulatory advice. The plan flags when a point should be confirmed with a licensed customs broker, a labeling specialist or the relevant marketplace. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.

Privacy. The information and files you submit are used only to prepare your plan and are stored privately; they are not shared with third parties or used to train automated systems. The recommendation is written by Saul Ortiz; the optional Marcana fit assessment is kept separate from it.
