- Receiving hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Same-day receiving: anything that arrives before 2:00 PM is received and counted the same business day, with photos in your dashboard.
- Pallets and containers: by appointment. Loose cartons and courier deliveries need no appointment.
- Carrier pickups: UPS, FedEx and USPS pick up from our dock every business day.
- Visits: welcome. Message us and we will walk you to your inventory on the shelf.

Anything that arrives before 2:00 PM on a business day is received, counted and photographed that same day. Pallets with an appointment follow the same standard; shortages are reported the same day.
Rates are published: plans from $89 per month with ten inbound boxes, pick and pack $1.95 per order up to 2 lb and 2 items, additional storage $35 per pallet per month, FBA prep from $0.70 per unit depending on volume. No order minimum. The pricing page has the full list.
