Fulfillment for apparel and clothing brands

Apparel is a variant problem and a returns problem. A T-shirt in six sizes and four colors is 24 SKUs that all look alike on a shelf, and a third of them may come back. We receive by variant, pick by scan so the medium black is the medium black, pack the unboxing you designed, and turn returns back into sellable stock within the week, from Miami.

What apparel brands need

Variants, presentation and returns, done properly

The failure mode in apparel fulfillment is not speed, it is the wrong size in the bag. Every variant here is its own barcode and its own location, every pick is confirmed by scan, and the packing bench follows your presentation rule: folded, bagged, tissue, card. Returns are inspected the day they arrive and restocked to the exact variant.

  • Variant-level inventory: every size and color is a separate SKU with its own bin, count and low-stock alert.
  • Scan-confirmed picking so mis-picks are caught at the bench, not by the customer.
  • Presentation by rule: folded and poly-bagged, tissue and sticker, card or coupon, in the mailer or box you supply. Inserts at $0.15 per order.
  • Multi-item orders: $1.95 for the first two items up to 2 lb, $0.35 per additional item, heavy orders plus $0.50.
  • Marketplace prep: poly bag with suffocation warning, size sticker and FNSKU for FBA, UPC verification for Walmart WFS.
  • Returns: inspected for wear, stains and tags, photographed, restocked to the variant or set aside, from $4 per return.

How it works

From production run to restocked return

01

Onboard by variant

We load every size and color as its own SKU with barcode, set the presentation rule and the returns rule.

02

Receive and verify

Cartons are opened, counted per variant, photographed and reconciled with your packing list the same business day.

03

Pick by scan, pack by rule

Orders before 2:00 PM Eastern ship the same day. Every unit scanned, folded and bagged, inserts placed.

04

Ship at carrier rates

Lightweight apparel usually ships in a poly mailer at first-class or ground rates; carrier charges are listed per shipment.

05

Returns back to stock

Returned garments are inspected against your rule and restocked to the exact variant, usually within the week.

Why Miami

Where apparel from the Americas enters the US

Made in Colombia, Peru, Mexico

Apparel produced in the region lands in Miami. We receive cleared cargo and start shipping without a second domestic leg.

Ground reach

Next-day ground across Florida and two days to most of the Southeast at ground rates, which matters for lightweight parcels.

Bilingual onboarding

Your production team and our receiving team speak the same language, in Spanish or English.

Saul Ortiz, founder
Apparel brands ask us about speed first, and then about returns once they have seen their numbers. Both come down to the same thing: every variant has its own barcode and nothing moves without a scan. That is what keeps the medium black from becoming the small navy.
