Products are stored indoors on racks away from direct sun. If your product has a strict temperature range, tell us at onboarding so we can confirm whether it is a fit before you ship.
Yes. We receive air and ocean cargo that has cleared US customs and coordinate the delivery with your forwarder. Onboarding is available in Spanish.
