Fulfillment for supplement and vitamin brands
Supplements sell on a calendar: a customer reorders every 30 or 60 days and a marketplace refuses a bottle with too little shelf life left. We run your supplement inventory by lot and expiry, pick oldest-first, label expiry the way Amazon and Walmart ask, and ship subscription reorders on time from Miami.
Dates, lots and marketplace rules, handled
A supplement warehouse has one job the others do not: never let a unit ship, to a customer or to a marketplace, without enough shelf life. That means capturing dates at the door, picking by date, and checking the remaining life against each channel's rule before an inbound leaves. We do the operational side; your regulatory compliance stays with you and your counsel.
- Lot and expiry captured at receiving for every bottle, pouch and carton, visible per SKU in your dashboard.
- First-expiry-first-out picking across Shopify, Amazon FBM, TikTok Shop and Walmart orders.
- FBA expiry labeling: dates printed in the format Amazon accepts, on the unit and the carton, and remaining shelf life checked before the inbound ships.
- Walmart WFS prep: UPC verification and shelf-life check from the same inventory, on the same prep table.
- Subscription reorders: recurring orders from Shopify or your subscription app ship on the date they drop, before the 2:00 PM cutoff.
- Multi-packs and bundles: two-packs and starter kits built in advance at $0.50 to $1 per unit, sealed and labeled as one unit.
Dated inventoryFrom manufacturer to monthly reorder
Onboard the catalog
SKUs loaded with lot and expiry control on, minimum remaining shelf life set per channel, packaging rules defined.
Receive by lot
Each lot is counted, photographed and logged with its date the same business day. Short-dated stock is flagged on arrival.
Sell everywhere
One inventory serves your store, marketplaces and subscription orders. FBA and WFS inbounds are prepped from the same stock.
Pick by date, pack by rule
Oldest lot first, poly bag or bubble where needed, insert placed, shipped the same day when the order arrives before 2:00 PM.
Rotate and report
Days of cover and expiry reports show what to promote, what to move to FBA and what to remove before it ages out.
Published rates, no supplement surcharge
Lot and expiry control is part of every plan. Prep and kitting are billed per unit at the public rate card.

Three ways dated inventory costs money when it is ignored
Rejected inbounds
A carton that reaches Amazon with too little shelf life is refused or disposed of. We check before it leaves Miami.
Expired stock on the shelf
Without FEFO picking, the newest lot ships first and the oldest ages out. Oldest-first is the default here.
Late reorders
A subscription customer who receives the reorder late cancels. Reorders ship the day they drop.
Supplement brands rarely lose money on the product. They lose it on the bottle that expired in a corner and the inbound Amazon sent back. Both are receiving problems, which is why every bottle here gets a date at the door.
